Complex Property Division, Including Business Assets and Real Property

Determining the division of property is often a complex process for parties at any income level. However; couples with complicated or extensive assets such as investment portfolios, multiple homes and other real property, executive compensation packages, pensions and retirement accounts, small businesses jointly owned by the parties, qualified domestic relations orders, and assets subject to prenuptial agreements, will likely face even more difficulty in determining an equitable distribution of the marital property.

The attorneys at Soroka and Associates, LLC, have the expertise necessary to assist clients with complex marital estates. Our attorneys will guide you through the process of dividing your marital estate, and strive to protect your rights and interests. You can contact our Columbus office at 614-358-6525, or fill out our online contact form. We offer free initial consultations, and are available to assist our clients 24 hours a day.
